OLIVER DESIGN GROUP ARCHITECTURE DESIGNS ELEVATOR FOR THE RIVERHOUSE RESTAURANT
Twenty-seven years after completing the original design of the Riverhouse Restaurant, Ed Oliver, Oliver Design Group, was selected by Frank Callander, Owner, to complete final design and construction drawings for an elevator addition to the restaurant. Construction has been completed Palm Beach Gardens restaurant.
“As a successful restaurateur, Frank asked for our assistance in adding an elevator to the restaurant In order to provide easier access for his clientele to the 2nd floor dining area,” commented Ed Oliver, Founder. “We were glad to dust off our original drawings and figure out the best way to help a long-standing client and good friend accomplish this goal.”

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON THE NEW CHILDREN SERVICES COUNCIL HEADQUARTERS
Hooks Construction Company broke ground in April on the new 13,000 sf headquarters of the Children’s Services Council of Martin County. HCC and its design team consisting of Oliver Design Group Architects, Lucido and Associates, and Sustainable Engineering Design, was charged with the task of designing and constructing a new facility for the Council — one intended to achieve LEED certification. The project is scheduled to be completed by December of this year.

ED OLIVER CELEBRATES 35 YEARS OF ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICE
Ed Oliver, Oliver Design Group, founded his Architectural practice in West Palm Beach, FL in 1975 and celebrates 35 years of providing architectural services to his south Florida clients. The firm is responsible for the successful completion of diverse projects including more than eight million square feet of office buildings and interior space.

OLIVER DESIGN GROUP ARCHITECTURE COMPLETES FINAL PHASE OF PALM SPRINGS SHOPPING CENTER FOR PHILIPS INTERNATIONAL
More than eight years after being selected as the Architect to help Philips International renovate its 231,000 square foot Palm Springs shopping center, the center just completed final construction on its last tenant. Oliver Design Group designed two buildings along with multiple tenant renovations for the overall shopping center.
“Over the last eight years, we have worked with Philips International to overhaul an outdated shopping center by adding new spaces, renovating existing ones and rejuvenating the exterior facade, which allowed Philips to make the shopping center more visible for its current tenants and to help them attract new tenants for the added buildings,” commented Ed Oliver, Founder.

OLIVER DESIGN GROUP ARCHITECTURE DESIGNS BUILDING FOR CLUB MED
Oliver Design Group was selected by Club Med to design a two-story Tennis Clubhouse, the initial phase of a multi-phase renovation project for its Port St. Lucie Sandpiper Resort location. The two-story “Caribbean” style tennis clubhouse includes a pro shop on the first floor and a second floor level observation deck and Study Hall for group clinics.
“We wanted to give Club Med a focal point for the Tennis Academy, but at the same time, preserve the feeling of the overall resort by blending the facility with the existing building architecture,” commented Ed Oliver, Founder.
