The founding principal has direct experience in the development of a number of successful commercial and residential projects. That “hands on” experience includes preparation of project and financial structures designed to allow the client to analyze the project from a financial and economic viewpoint. We utilize several software platforms to create financial reports, which analyze the project’s proposed development and financial costs with the projected rental or sales income expectations. Projects should include a sound economic model as well as a detailed design program.
