An important component of the design process is having: the design skills, zoning/land use knowledge, development experience and an understanding of the client’s design program to be able to translate this information into a Master Plan, which takes advantage of each site’s unique opportunities and constraints.
Our analysis during this phase of service results in the development of a Master Plan that takes advantage of the site’s unique features into a building orientation that creates meaningful exterior public spaces. The Master Plan should establish strong relationships pedestrian and vehicular circulation patterns thereby providing a strong “organizational structure” for the project.
