The experience gained over nearly 40 years of practice is extended to our client’s who sometimes require a third party to represent their interests. These services may include a variety of services, i.e.: representation from the project’s inception to occupancy, may be focused on individual phases of architectural service, may provide assistance in obtaining governmental approvals, development of project budgets and financial projections. We can also provide project management and oversight of project goals, budgets and scheduling.
