In addition to traditional architectural services, Ed Oliver brings a wealth of “hands-on” development experience to his clientele. Based on this personal experience, the firm is able to offer: pre-development consultation, financial modeling and project management. In addition to facilitating projects developed by local clients, Oliver Design Group often helps coordinate development for out-of-town clients as well.
We are able to assist clients in the review of properties or projects scheduled for purchase. These services may include: a review of the current Land Use, zoning, existing entitlements and approvals as well as a review of the design or final plans. While in this role, we may not be either the “design architect” or the “architect of record”, our experience can complement the legal review of a proposed purchase resulting in a more informed understanding prior to purchase.
