ODG also is available to provide Owner representation and management of a project from inception (pre-design) through project completion (including Construction Administration and final acceptance by the Owner). In those instances where preliminary or final plans are available, we can perform a “peer review” during the design phase and prior to release of the final plans for competitive bidding or negotiation. This type of review (prior to execution of the construction contract) often provides cost savings and minimizes future change orders. Each project needs an Owner’s advocate and this role provides a positive affect on the quality, scheduling and successful completion of the project.
